THETH is a village located in Shkodër county in northern Albania.Theth National park is a very beautiful place.There are a lot of species in Theth. Only 20 species of  mammals   has been recorded within the park's land area. Additionally, large mammals such as  brown bear ,  reo deer ,  chamois   as well as rare or endangered species like the  gray   wolf ,  lynx , and  wild goat   inhabit the park. 50 species of  birds   have been observed, with raptors such as the  golden eagle ,  lesser   kestrel ,  nuthatch ,  robin ,  blackbird ,     and  rock   partridge. Due to the harsh winters, the park has few reptile and amphibian species. Now im going to write about an other city liked by tourists named Shkodra.Shkodra is a big city and not very expensive for tourists.This city has a castle named Rozafa Castle.O ne of the biggest and most famous castles in Albania.Shkrodra also has a pictoresque view from the Castle.Shkrodra is located in northern Albania.Shkodra also has a lake named Shkodra's lake. The Lake Skadar system is a well-known   hotspot   of freshwater biodiversity and harbors a highly diverse mollusc fauna. Now i'm going to write about an other city with a full history and traditions.This city is Kruja.Like the most of the cities in Albania Kruja has a castle.Gjergj Kastriot Skenderbeu is Albanian National Hero who was born in Kruja.He helped the Albanian weak army to defend the ottomans for 25 years.The Kruja Castle and the city of Kruja was protected by SKENDERBEU army from the ottomans.He also collaborated with other princes and comandants to fight the ottomans. Krujë was inhabited by the ancient Ilyrian  tribe of the Albania . In 1190 Krujë became the capital of the first Autonomus Albanian state  in the middle ages , the Principality of Arbër . Later it was the capital of the Kingdom of Albania , while in the early 15th century Krujë was conquered by the Ottoman empire , but then recaptured in 1443 by Skanderbeg, leader of the League of Lezhë , who successfully defended it against three Ottoman sieges until his death in 1468. This blog is about an other castle named Berat Castle.The fortress of Berat is erected on a hill of 187 meters high, on the left side of Osumi river it is a very unique castle and it has a triangular shape.As you see the most of the cities on Albania have a castle, this means that ALBANIA is a place with history.This castle was called by the romans Albanorum(the house of ARBERS)the first generation of Albanians.The castle of berat had 24 towers.That were called TABJE by the turks. On this blog im going to write about an touristic city named Berat.Geographically, Berat is located in the south of the country surrounded by mountains and hills including Tomorr on the east that was declared a national park. For a total length of 161 kilometres (100 miles) the Osum river runs through the city before it empties into the Seman   river within the Myzeqe Plain. On this blog im going to write about an phenomenal touristic place named the Blue eye. This place is very liked by the tourists.It is near the village named Muzine.It is called the Blue Eye because of very clear and cold water.From the depth of the spring the water takes the color of the cloud under the raise of the sun.The temperature of the water is 10degree celcius.Its shape is equal with the shape of the eye ,dark on the middle.Its depth is 45 m.There is a deverse plant wich is always green.It is protected by the goverment and it is natural monument.You can go there by car or by bus.Near the Blue Eye are some câfes where you can get some rest.This is the place where you can find peace.Hope you like thish blog!😃

Now i will show you another city named Himare.Himara has a very beautiful and clear beach.It has a lot of good restaurants.The area has a great potential for tourism, with the major characteristics of the municipal town being its seaside promenade , the Greek tavernas  and the traditionally preserved old town built on a hill.  The town of Himarë consists of the old town, Kastro, situated on and around the old castle and the coastal region of Spilea, which is the touristic and economic center of Himara. North of the town of Himarë lie the villages of Vuno, Ilias, Dhërmi, with its coastal region Jaliskari, and Palasë. Dhermi contains a number of recently built beach resorts. Im going to show you another city named Saranda.Saranda is a big city.It also has a castle named Lekursi Castle. The city is known for its blue deep waters of the Mediterranean . Near Sarandë are the remains of the ancient city of Butrint , a UNESCO WORLD   Heritage site . In recent years, Saranda has seen a steady increase in tourists, many of them coming by cruise ship. Visitors are attracted by the natural environment of Saranda and its archaeological sites. Sarandë has a large Greek population and is considered one of the two centers of the Greek minority. Sarandë has a typical Mediterreanen climate  and has over 300 sunny days a year. During the summer, temperatures may rise as high as 30 degrees Celsius. Now im going to talk about an other old architechture city named GJIROKASTER. Gjirokastra is famous from its architechture and its castle.Gjirokastra is very attractive to tourists.Gjirokastra is a city in southern Albania,whose inhabitants are called Gjirokastrit.The city is included in unesco world Heritage list in 2005. There are a lot of traditional stores on Gjirokaster.This city also is called the stone city the name is given to the city from its architecture.Gjirokastra is the most beautiful city in the south of Albania.It is one of the most visited cities in 2017.It has musical traditions it is known for stone and wood processing and livestock products and for alcoholic drinks.It isnt very big city and it also isnt very expensive city.Hereis a video of Gjirokastra.

On this blog im going to show you about Golic bridge world heritage protected by the goverment .It is 17 m long, 3 m wide, 10 m high. It is the art work of the old street "Via Egnatia". It was built in the second century and is classified as a first-class culture monument. It is a bridge with two semicircular wings, one of them is a discharge window (also with a semicircle), and in the column between the two arches, water is formed by a water slope, characteristic of most bridges with two or more rafters in Albania). The bridge is built with carved stones, where the lower part of the crevice has big stones and worked well, not just for aesthetics, but to make the structure more solid and stronger.There is a Legend that the structure of the bridge is build with gold.You can go there only by car and while you are driving you will see many surprises!

Lin Mosaic is a cultural monument located in Lin, Pogradec, Korça. It is a cultural monument protected by law. This mosaic was discovered by excavations in 1969 that were made in Lin, Pogradec. The excavations indicated an Illyrian settlement, which belongs to the Iron Age and dates back to the early Middle Ages. From the mosaics discovered in this country, the riches of a varied zoomorf, herbal and geometric décor, with outstanding artistic value, reveals. Artistic mosaics resemble the style of a vast Balkan region, which includes cities like Dyrrahu, Stobi, Tesalonikis, etc.You can go to Lin from Pogradec for 20 minutes by car.If you go there you will get impressed.Pogradec is a city with a big history.The mosaics are protected by the goverment. The Illyrian Tombs of Selca are located near the city of Pogradec in Albania, in the village of Selca. The Selca tombs are located 40 km from Pogradec, in the mountainous area of ​​Mokër, in Lower Selca. Selca was founded in the 6th century BC, it was empowered in the IV-III century, when walls were built, covering a three-hectare area. The flourishing of this area grew considerably with the construction of the Egnatia road. Selca is located along this road, linking the upper valley of Devoll with the settlements of the Greek settlers. During WWII the city was first invaded by the Italian army in 12 April 1939. Italian occupation of Pogradec was interrupted due to italo-greeks war  and Greek troops occupied the city between 30 November 1940 and 14 April 1941. After Italy's capitulation in 1943 the Italians were replaced by the German Nazis who kept the city until 30 August 1944 when it was liberated by the Albanian partizans. After the war the town was a favorite summer escape for many communist government officials and particularly Enver Hoxha.The summer residences and the area around them were sealed off from the public. This city is surrounded by hills on the souther   and western  side.
